FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL WITH TOWN CLERK
Pursuant to Section 516 of the Real Property Tax Law - NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the Town of New Bremen in the County of Lewis and State of New York for the year 2025, has been finally completed and verified by the undersigned assessor(s), and a certified copy thereof will be filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of said Town, on the 1st day of July, 2025, where the same will remain open to public inspection.
**Take NOTE - Seniors 65 and older - the Town of New Bremen has increased the "maximum" income limit to $25,000 or "below" for the "Aged Exemption".

The Annual Report for the Year 2024 for the Town of New Bremen has been completed and filed with the NYS Department of Audit and Control. The report is on file in the Town Clerk's Office where it can be inspected during regular office hours.
