PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of March 2026, the Town Board of the Town of New Bremen, County of Lewis, NY, at a regular meeting thereof, adopted, subject to a permissive referendum, a Resolution authorizing the expenditure from the NY Class Reserve Road Fund 0006, up to the sum of two hundred thirty-three thousand five hundred eighty-five dollars and 49/100 ($233,585.49) to be paid to the County of Lewis for invoiced fees and costs it paid to B&L for engineering services; and for labor, materials and equipment incurred by the County in emergency bridge and culvert related repairs at the Town’s damaged bridges and culverts.

NOTICE OF FILING OF COMPLETED
FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL WITH TOWN CLERK
Pursuant to Section 516 of the Real Property Tax Law - NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the Town of New Bremen in the County of Lewis and State of New York for the year 2025, has been finally completed and verified by the undersigned assessor(s), and a certified copy thereof will be filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of said Town, on the 1st day of July, 2025, where the same will remain open to public inspection.
 

**Take NOTE - Seniors 65 and older - the Town of New Bremen has increased the "maximum" income limit to $25,000 or "below" for the "Aged Exemption".

NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law)
Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll of the Town of New Bremen, which will be filed on or before May 1st, 2026.
 
The information may be reviewed, by appointment, in the Assessor’s Office at the Town Municipal Office Building, 8420 State Route 812, during the following:
 
April 2, 2026 2:00 pm through 4:00 pm
 
An appointment to review the assessment information may be made by telephoning the assessor at 315-777-0164 (cell), during normal business hours of 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Annual Report for the Year 2025 for the Town of New Bremen has been completed and filed with the NYS Department of Audit and Control.  The report is on file in the Town Clerk's Office where it can be inspected during regular office hours.
