Application Fees are as follows:
1. Use Change - $50
2. New Construction - $75
3. Use or Area Zoning Variance - $100
4. Solar Energy Systems Fewer than 25 mega watts - $200
**Fee is to be paid to the New Bremen Town Clerk prior to final approval of the proposed site plan application**
